Domestic checkout and private international orders
The current online checkout accepts delivery addresses in India only. We do accept international orders, but international orders must be arranged privately through the Vaama Gems concierge rather than through online checkout.
Contact the concierge with the piece you are interested in and your destination country. We will confirm whether the piece can be shipped, the available payment method and currency, the shipping and insurance quote, estimated delivery timing, and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other destination charges before accepting the order.
Delivery timing
Estimated delivery timing depends on whether a piece is ready to ship, made to order, customised, or awaiting a private confirmation. The applicable estimate is shown or confirmed before fulfilment.
High-value jewelry may require insured, signature-required delivery and identity or address verification. International delivery timing may also depend on customs clearance and the requirements of the destination country.
Domestic returns and exchange logistics
For an approved domestic India return or exchange under policy VG-POL-2026-001, Vaama Gems arranges a fully insured doorstep pickup. Customers do not pay return shipping fees. Do not dispatch a piece independently; wait for written return instructions from [email protected].
International case-by-case arrangements
International orders are handled privately and reviewed case by case. Shipping, insurance, customs documentation, duties, taxes, return routes, exchange eligibility, and any refund or maintenance terms are confirmed in writing for the specific order. International customers may be responsible for destination charges unless the written order confirmation states otherwise.

Please provide a complete address, current phone number, destination country, and any useful delivery instructions. International customers are responsible for providing information required for customs clearance and for paying destination charges unless the written order confirmation states otherwise. Contact the concierge immediately if an address needs correction or if a delivery is delayed.
