Store and product information

Vaama Gems presents fine jewelry, made-to-order pieces, and private consultation services. Product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, lead times, and prices are shown as accurately as practicable and may be updated as catalogue information changes.

Some pieces are available only by enquiry or consultation. A product is not reserved until Vaama Gems confirms the order.

Orders and payment

The current online checkout accepts domestic India orders in Indian rupees. International orders are accepted through private concierge contact only and are reviewed case by case; the concierge will confirm availability, currency, payment method, shipping, taxes, duties, insurance, and any other applicable charges before the order is accepted.

Online payments are processed through Cashfree hosted checkout. An order is confirmed only after Cashfree confirms the payment to our server. A browser redirect or payment attempt alone is not confirmation.

For private or consultation orders, an employee may issue a separate written payment schedule. Fulfilment status and payment status are recorded separately. Cash or Cash on Delivery refunds are not supported.

Returns, exchanges, and maintenance

The official 15-day returns, exchanges, and maintenance policy applies to domestic India online orders. It covers the 15-day return and exchange window, original-condition requirements, security-tag handling, inspection, refund processing, lifetime exchange, resizing, cleaning, repairs, and exclusions described on the Returns, Exchanges & Maintenance page.

International orders are not covered by the automatic domestic return procedure. Any international return, exchange, repair, or maintenance arrangement is determined case by case and must be confirmed in writing before or at the time the private order is accepted.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timing and shipping method are confirmed during checkout or by the concierge. Address changes after confirmation may not be possible for insured or dispatched shipments.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address, complying with destination-country import requirements, and being available to receive a high-value shipment. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, insurance, and other destination charges unless the written order confirmation states otherwise.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details, use payment methods they are authorised to use, and promptly report a suspected payment or account issue through the concierge.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when our catalogue, checkout, policies, or legal requirements change. The version displayed when an order is placed is the version associated with that order.
